2. Meditation / Flotation Sound Bath Consent

By taking part, you confirm that:

• This session supports relaxation and is not medical treatment.

• Participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any time.

• Light, scent, and sound vibrations may be used.

• Flotation devices have a 95kg (15 stone) maximum weight limit.

• Inform the facilitator of any medical conditions including pregnancy, epilepsy, tinnitus, heart conditions, mental health concerns, or recent surgery.

• If you have metal plates, screws, surgical implants, joint replacements, inform the facilitator as deep sound vibrations may cause discomfort or be unsuitable.

• Sound baths are NOT suitable for individuals with medical devices such as pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), metal cardiac stents, or those with heart conditions.

• You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and understand Shell Cox Wellness, Flow With Liana and the venue are not liable for injury or property loss except in cases of proven negligence.
