Float & Flow is a unique collaboration between Shell Cox Wellness and Flow With Liana — a carefully curated experience designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through both movement and deep rest. From Shell Cox Wellness, you’ll be guided into a Flotation Sound Bath — a fully immersive experience where sound, water, and atmosphere come together to create a space for complete relaxation. You’ll be supported on soft flotation beds, allowing the body to feel light and at ease, as soothing sounds gently move through the space. Gongs, singing bowls, ocean drums, and soft layered tones work together to calm the nervous system, helping you switch off both physically and mentally. The space is softly lit with candlelight, complemented by subtle scents and the gentle presence of water, creating a deeply calming environment where nothing is required of you. No meditation experience is needed, and there is no spiritual focus — this is simply your time to lie back, let go, and experience an hour of pure rest, designed to help you reset and recharge. Alongside this, Flow With Liana offers a beautiful Flow Dance Meditation — a dynamic and expressive form of mindful movement that invites you to move beyond the mind and into the body. Guided by intuitive movement, breath awareness, somatic practices, and carefully curated music, this part of the experience supports you to release stored tension, shift energy, and reconnect with your natural flow. There is time to tune into what your body is feeling, both physically and emotionally… time to gently raise energy and connect with the rhythm of the music… and then time to slow down, integrate, and sink into stillness through a guided meditation. Together, Float & Flow offers a powerful balance of movement and stillness — helping you release what feels heavy, restore inner balance, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

Floatation Sound Bath FacilitatorMichelle Cox is the founder of Shell Cox Wellness, creating immersive sound bath experiences designed to help people slow down, switch off, and reconnect with themselves.
Her journey into wellness came from personal experience. After years of focusing on others through her work, she reached a point where her own wellbeing needed attention. It was during this time that she discovered meditation — not as something complicated or spiritual, but as a simple, powerful way to step out of the noise of everyday life and find real rest.
What began as a personal practice quickly became something deeper. Through daily meditation and continued learning, Michelle experienced first-hand the impact it can have on both the mind and body — something those around her began to notice too.
Today, she channels that experience into creating Flotation Sound Bath sessions that are accessible, calming, and grounded in real-life need. Her work is not about spiritual concepts or complicated practices — it’s about offering people a space to pause, breathe, and fully switch off.
From floating sound bath experiences to unique outdoor settings beneath the stars, Michelle’s sessions are designed to help you let go, reset, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more like yourself again.
Dance Movement Meditation FacilitatorLiana
Liana is a Yoga Teacher, Menopause Health Coach, and facilitator of conscious dance and meditation — with a real passion for helping people feel more connected to their bodies and themselves.
She runs weekly yoga classes, as well as workshops and retreats that blend together Yoga, Qigong, movement, and sound meditation.
Alongside this, she’s also a Reiki Therapist and hosts a free monthly Menopause Café in Billericay — creating a space for support, conversation, and connection.

You’ll begin with a Flow Dance Meditation — a guided movement journey designed to help you move beyond the mind and into the body.
Through carefully curated music, intuitive movement, breathwork, and somatic techniques, you’ll be supported to:
Release stored tension and stagnant energy
Explore emotion through movement
Reconnect with your natural rhythm
Drop out of overthinking and into presence
There is space to tune into what your body is feeling…
space to gently build energy and connect with the music…
and space to express yourself freely, without judgement.
The session then softens into a guided meditation, allowing everything to settle and integrate.
02 / Float
From movement, you’ll be guided into stillness.
You’ll be invited to lie back on soft, supportive flotation beds, allowing the body to feel light, held, and completely at ease.
Surrounded by candlelight, gentle water sounds, and layered aromas, you’ll be immersed in a carefully crafted soundscape using:
Gongs
Singing bowls
Ocean drums
Rain sticks
Soft, ethereal tones
The vibrations work through the body, helping to calm the nervous system and bring you into a deeply relaxed state.

03 / Beautiful Facilitation
Nestled in 25 acres of Essex countryside, Pool house and Spa is a private venue and provides a beautiful tranquil environment to relax, re-charge and socialise.
The beautiful pool measures 10m by 4m and is heated to 31 degrees and the Spa to 37 degrees. you will also find a state of the art sauna to relax and detox.
The pool house has a large changing room, shower and WC and also includes a welcoming bar and lounge.
The entire pool building is on one level with off street private parking.
