By taking part, you confirm that:

• This session supports relaxation and is not medical treatment.

• Participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any time.

• Light, scent, and sound vibrations may be used.

• Flotation devices have a 95kg (15 stone) maximum weight limit.

• Inform the facilitator of any medical conditions including pregnancy, epilepsy, tinnitus, heart conditions, mental health concerns, or recent surgery.

• If you have metal plates, screws, surgical implants, joint replacements, or medical devices (including pacemakers), inform the facilitator as deep sound vibrations may cause discomfort or be unsuitable.

• You accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and understand Shell Cox Wellness and the venue are not liable for injury or property loss except in cases of proven negligence.
