SHELL COX WELLNESS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY.
At Shell Cox Wellness, we value your experience and satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for cancelling event bookings and returning products purchased through our website or in person.
1. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
1.1. Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund or may be transferred to another available session at no extra charge.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your booking to another attendee (please notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance).
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be refunded or rescheduled.
1.2. Rescheduling by Shell Cox Wellness
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, instructor illness, or safety concerns), you will be offered the option to:
- Transfer your booking to a new date,
- Receive a credit voucher, or
- Request a full refund.
We will always aim to provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
2. Product Returns & Refunds
2.1. Physical Products
- You have the right to cancel your order or return any unused items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- To initiate a return, please email shellcoxwellness@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
2.2. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
- Photos or proof of the fault may be requested to process your claim efficiently.
3. Gift Cards & Vouchers
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
- If an event booked using a gift card is cancelled by Shell Cox Wellness, the value will be reissued as a new gift card or credit for future use.
