CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
SHELL COX WELLNESS
At Shell Cox Wellness, we value your experience and aim to provide a calm, well-prepared environment for every session. This policy outlines our approach to event bookings, transfers, and product returns.
1. Event Bookings, Cancellations & Transfers
1.1. Booking Policy
All event bookings are non-refundable.
1.2. Transfers
If you are unable to attend your session, your booking can be transferred to:
- An alternative available date, or
- Another named person
To arrange a transfer, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
1.3. Late Notice & No-Shows
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer transfers, changes, or credits with less than 48 hours’ notice.
No-shows will not be eligible for transfer or credit.
1.4. Changes or Cancellations by Shell Cox Wellness
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to:
- Transfer your booking to a new date
- Receive a credit voucher
- Request a full refund
We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.
2. Product Returns & Refunds
2.1. Physical Products
You have the right to cancel your order or return unused items within 14 days of receiving them.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please email shellcoxwellness@gmail.com with your order details.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.2. Faulty or Damaged Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or faulty.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
Photos or proof may be required.
3. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
If an event booked using a gift card is cancelled by us, the value will be reissued as a credit or replacement voucher.
