What should I bring?

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and a bottle of water. For our flotation sound baths, we provide inflatable beds—no need to get into the water.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so you can fully relax. Many guests prefer layers, as body temperature can drop slightly during deep relaxation.

Are there any health considerations?

If you have epilepsy, sound sensitivity, a heart condition, or are in the early stages of pregnancy, please consult your GP before attending. Always let our team know of any medical concerns before the session begins.

What can I expect to feel during and after a session?

Most people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or a meditative state. Afterwards, you may feel calm, refreshed, and grounded. It’s normal to feel slightly light-headed for a few moments as you re-adjust—just take your time.
