Not Sure How The Flotation Part Works?

You’re not alone — and we’ve got you.

Here’s a quick demo showing exactly how easy it is to get on and off our flotation beds.

No stress, no struggle, just gentle support and complete relaxation.

If you’ve been curious (or a little nervous), this is for you.

On The Day.

Event Address & Start Time

Our Flotation Sound Bath events are held at:
Luptons, Wigley Bush Lane, Brentwood, CM14 5QN

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your event start time, and allow 15 minutes post event, making the total experience approximately 90 minutes.

Parking

There are two entrances to Luptons — we will be using the pool entrance, that is directly opposite St Peter’s School.
If you can see properties on either side of the driveway, you have entered the private driveway.

You are welcome to park either:

  • On the pool entrance driveway (spaces for around 5–6 cars; cars may be blocked in, but as everyone leaves together this is not usually an issue), or

  • On the road, avoiding the school zigzags and double yellow lines. It’s only a short walk up the road to the venue.

Lupton Entrance

Clothing & Comfort

Please wear comfortable clothing, such as gym wear.
The pool area is kept at around 30°C, so light clothing is recommended.

  • Blankets will be available if needed.

  • Bottled water is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

  • Swimwear is not required — you will be floating on top of the water using our flotation beds and will not be getting into the pool.

  • A demonstration video above shows how to get on and off the float.

  • No shoes are allowed in the pool area.

Polite Notice

  • Mobile phones and smart watches must be switched off or set to silent.

If you haven’t already, please could you complete the event attendance form before the session. It really helps things run smoothly on the day 🤍
