SHELL COX WELLNESS GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Welcome to Shell Cox Wellness — where relaxation and mindfulness meet. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming your gift card.

1. Validity

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Redemption

Gift Cards may be redeemed only for the experience or event type specified on the card or at the time of purchase. Some cards are restricted to particular sessions or venues. Please check the details provided with your Gift Card before booking. All redemptions are subject to availability.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be refunded, and may not be transferred to another person once issued.

4. Partial Use

If your booking exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid at the time of booking. Any remaining balance after use will stay valid until the expiry date.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

Shell Cox Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, and replacements cannot be issued.

6. Promotions & Discounts

Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to our standard booking terms. If eligible, any refund will be credited back to the original gift card.

8. Acceptance

Purchase and/or use of a Shell Cox Wellness Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
