Event Disclaimer

Our sound bath sessions are designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing. Please note that sessions may include the use of incense or essential oils, low lighting, and occasional gentle flashing or shifting light effects. Sounds are produced using gongs, bowls, and other instruments that create deep vibrations.

For Flotation Sound Bath experiences, please be aware that the flotation devices have a maximum weight limit of 95kg (approximately 15 stone). This limit is in place for safety and to ensure the proper function of the flotation equipment. As the pool is only 4ft deep and participants float on top of the water while fully supported, a lifeguard is not required for these sessions.

If you are sensitive to sound, scent, or light—or have any medical conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, or pregnancy-related sensitivities—please inform the facilitator before the session begins. Participation is at your own discretion, and you are free to rest or step out at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
