Consent to Use of Photographs, Videos, and Audio Recordings

I hereby give Shell Cox Wellness full permission to record, photograph, or capture audio of me during participation in events, sessions, or related activities. I understand and agree that:

  • These media may be used for the purpose of marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to:
    - Shell Cox Wellness’s website
    - Shell Cox Wellness’s social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
    - Digital and printed promotional materials, such as brochures, posters, presentations, or online ads
    - Media and public relations purposes

  • My identity may or may not be revealed in the form of name tags, visible features, or direct mention

Conditions of Consent

- I understand that this content may be viewed by the general public.
- I grant Immersive royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable rights to use, edit, and publish the content across all formats stated above.
- I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of such media.
- I understand I can withdraw my consent at any time in writing, and Shell Cox Wellness will cease future use of the content (but cannot retract media already published).
