By participating in meditation workshop conducted by a representative or individual working for or under the name of Immersive, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation
   Attendance and participation in this meditation workshop are entirely voluntary. You are free to stop, rest, or leave the session at any time.

2. Medical Disclaimer

• This workshop is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The practices taught are intended for general relaxation and wellbeing purposes only.

• If you have a history of mental health conditions (including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD) or any medical condition (including heart conditions, epilepsy, respiratory problems, or other chronic illnesses), you should consult with your GP or healthcare provider before attending.

• If you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any concerns about your physical or emotional health, please seek medical clearance prior to participation.

3. Assumption of Risk
   You understand and accept that participation may involve physical, mental, and emotional engagement. Although unlikely, certain meditation or breathing techniques may cause temporary dizziness, emotional release, or discomfort. • You agree to listen to your body and mind, and to modify or stop any activity that causes discomfort.

• You agree to inform the instructor before the workshop of any relevant medical conditions or special requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability
   The organiser(s), instructor(s), and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs before, during, or after the workshop, except where caused by proven negligence.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Any personal information shared with the instructor will remain confidential and used only for safety and workshop management purposes.

• If photos, video, or audio recordings are taken during the event, separate consent will be obtained from participants before use in promotional materials.
