Event Disclaimer

Our sound bath sessions are designed for relaxation and wellbeing. Please note that sessions may include the use of incense or essential oils, low lighting, and occasional gentle flashing or shifting light effects. Sounds are produced using gongs, bowls, and other instruments that create deep vibrations.

If you are sensitive to sound, scent, or light—or have any medical conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, or pregnancy-related sensitivities—please inform the facilitator before the session begins. Participation is at your own discretion, and you are free to rest or step out at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. Validity:
    Shell Cox Wellness Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

  2. Redemption:
    Gift Cards may be redeemed only for the experience or event type specified on the card or at the time of purchase. Some cards are restricted to particular sessions or venues. Please check the details provided with your Gift Card before booking. All redemptions are subject to availability.

  3. Non-transferable & Non-refundable:
    Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded in part or full once purchased.

  4. Partial Use:
    If the value of a booking exceeds the gift card amount, the balance must be paid at the time of booking. If the booking total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will remain on the card until the expiry date.

  5. Booking:
    All bookings made using a gift card must be arranged directly through Shell Cox Wellness via our website or contact channels. Gift Cards must be presented or quoted when booking.

  6. Lost or Stolen Cards:
    Shell Cox Wellness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Replacement cards will not be issued.

  7. Promotions & Discounts:
    Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional codes, special offers, or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  8. Cancellations:
    Cancellations of bookings made with a gift card are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Where eligible, any refund will be credited back to the original gift card balance.

  9. Use:
    Purchase and/or use of a Shell Cox Wellness Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
